The tares come in many varieties so there is no magic formula for identifying the bad fruit before it ripens. They can come into our congregations claiming to be sheep, wherein we might take them into our homes and allow them to associate with our children. I know a family that was befriended by a couple only to have their teenage daughter molested by the husband of the couple. Had they known that these people were tares out to steal, kill and destroy, they could have avoided a lot of heartache and damage. Our legal system is supposed to protect others from being hurt by criminals provided the crime is reported and the offender is prosecuted and convicted. But all too often, the crimes are done in secret with no witnesses. In this particular case, the daughter didn’t report the crime for fear of her life. By the time her parents realized what had occurred it was too late to obtain evidence of the assault.
While this may seem like an extreme example, it is becoming more and more commonplace. That is why I believe it is necessary to expose as many tares as possible for they also have many subtle ways of destroying the sheep. One of the ways they seek to destroy the sheep is to discourage sheep from coming to the truth in the first place. I want to focus here on this particular type of tare activity. Tares have given Identity Christianity a bad name. In fact, Identity Christianity is listed as a cult by some organizations and also listed on the FBI’s list of terrorists. Anyone who calls him or herself an Identity Christian is at risk of being classified as a terrorist or being in a cult. But the truth is, not all Identity Christians, and probably most Identity Christians, are not involved in cults or terrorist activities. Identity Christians need to be aware that those Identity Christians who are involved in cult or militant activities are most likely not sheep but tares out to destroy the sheep or malign them. Furthermore, any sheep who are involved in such activities need to “come out of her my people” for obviously there are sheep in ‘Babylon’ that need to come out otherwise Yah would not have instructed His people to come out of her.
This is a very tricky subject. We have the right to bear arms and the right to protect our homes and our country but when does that right cross the line where people use the privilege to do harm rather than the true intent of founding fathers in preserving our nation and the freedom we so passionately cherish? Patriotism is a noble thing but Identity Christians need to be on guard against joining paramilitiary "patriot" groups that are anti-goverment. Patriotism is one thing but anti-government militia groups are quite another. The Constitution of the United States gives citizens the right to bear arms and there are some good and respectable patriotic militia groups, such as the Minutemen that have been dutifully guarding our borders. But there is a danger of becoming involved in cult-type militia groups that appeal to us by speaking of things like ‘survivalism’ and vigiliantism but are often engaged in anti-government activities. The Illuminati, for example, has a well trained militia. Following is an excerpt about the Illuminati's militia program:

The Illuminati firmly believes that it can easily overcome the other 99% of the population, most of whom are untrained, or poorly trained, such as "weekend hunters." Even the local military will be overcome as the Illuminati will have regional cell groups with highly trained leaders. They also count on the element of surprise helping them during their takeover. Many of the highest leaders in the militia branch of the Illuminati are or have been officers in the military, and so already have a good knowledge of which techniques will work best to overcome a region's or locality's defenses." See Breaking the Chain, Military ProgrammingBeing a survivalist is a good thing for we have seen a lot of natural disasters, such as Hurricane Katrina that left many thousands without food, water and shelter. And we have seen attacks by terrorists on our Nation. It is good to plan for such disasters or attacks and how one would survive under such conditions. But some militant groups are preparing more for war than for survival, particularly Armageddon, which classifies them as doomsday cults. They are not only stocking up food, water and basic survival items, they are also stockpiling munitions, military equipment and military clothing. This should send up a red flag since these types of militant operations are preparing to fight against the government. And naturally, any group that is designed to fight against our government is going to be considered a terrorist organization.
2Ti 2:1 Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.We are to obey the law and that means the law of the land. If our governmental leaders are not abiding by the law, this does not give us authority to break the law to overcome the government, but we are to seek to remove those leaders in a lawful manner, not a militant one. We have the laws in place to keep our leaders in check and we must under all circumstances utilize those laws to accomplish this objective, such as utilizing freedom of the press and freedom of speech, two very powerful ways of bringing wrongdoing to the attention of the public.
2Ti 2:2 And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.
2Ti 2:3 Thou therefore endure hardness (affliction), as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.
2Ti 2:4 No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of [this] life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier.
2Ti 2:5 And if a man also strive for masteries, [yet] is he not crowned, except he strive lawfully.
Therefore, I submit that those Identity Christians that are involved in any type of anti-government and/or anti-scriptural ‘militia’ activity are not sheep or at least those heading up those types of militant organizations are not sheep. They should be avoided at all cost and any sheep who are involved in such groups need to come out of them. These anti-government "Identity" groups have a hidden agenda to give "Identity Christianity" a black eye for the purpose of discouraging the sheep from coming to the truth.
An example of an anti-government “Identity” militia is the ‘Posse Comitatus’ started by William Potter Gale. James Wickstrom was a Posse leader in the Tigerton Posse Church in Wisconsin. Posse members are devoted to survivalism, vigilantism, and anti-government agitation . An offshoot of the Posse is the “Church of Yahweh”. The Abilene News wrote that this group is a cult that practices polygamy and slavery. Their leader, Yisrayl Hawkins, is a Jew who sanctioned polygyny. These militant Identity groups are designed to turn Christians away from the Israel truth for fear of being labeled a terrorist or even a neo-nazi, white race supremacist. Timothy McVeigh for instance was said to have been an Identity Christian. You mention the word "identity" and the first thing people think of is McVeigh. The Church of Yahweh was part of the Posse Comitatus headed up by an Identity pastor yet Yisrayl Hawkins is a Jew -- a tare in the Israel Camp. Since Hawkins sanctions polygyny and slavery in his "church", Israelites need to be on guard against such nefarious, serpentine doctrines. With this in mind, I submit that “Identity Christians” who are involved in militia groups need to come out of those groups for they are most likely run by tares.

Rom 13:1 Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.There comes a time when the dragon makes war against the saints and the remnant of the woman’s seed, i.e. Israelites (Rev. 12:17). In fact, the beast (the one world political system) makes war with the saints and overcomes them (Rev. 13:7). Israelites don’t make war with the dragon, rather it makes war with us.

The beast will be destroyed, but not by Israelites, at least not until the Lord comes with an army of His saints. Therefore is it not futile to expend resources and time preparing for a war if the Lord has not ordained it? Preparing for disaster is one thing, but to prepare for a war is in vain. That is what we have a government for and as long as we are part of that government, we should not seek to overthrow that government but use the laws of the land to correct any problems that we see within our government for it is the Lord Himself that establishes and appoints that government. To fight against it is to fight against YHVH.
